DiBruno Brothers included two projects. First was the renovation and construction of the outer core and shell of an existing retail unit located on the endcap of an outdoor shopping plaza. Renovations included the installation of new structural steel, exterior walls, RTU’s, MUA’s, windows, interior slab, an ADA handicap lift, and extensive underground plumbing to account for multiple kitchens.
The 8,000 sqft fit-out marked the first-ever suburban location for the beloved Philadelphia staple, Di Bruno Brothers. The construction included an extensive and custom millwork package, installation of high-end countertops, custom mosaic tile inlaid in concrete, and an extensive plumbing and electrical setup for the high volume of foodservice and refrigerator equipment. The project also included
the construction of two large and two small kitchens with commercial hoods, a cafe and bakery, and the installation of several blasts freezer, along with other significant equipment.
